Sapling Paradise

The Saplings are getting corrupted!? Oh my gosh... That's OK, I'll take care of them.

It's a stressful world out there, and the Saplings need some time to rest and recover. Some Saplings have been having a worse time than others, and will arrive to the forest corrupted. Luckily, FaunaMartTM has everything a Sapling could want. Happy Saplings will support the forest, and in turn you can support them and restore corrupted Saplings to their happy selves.

Make sure the Saplings have plenty of trees, tasty tea, fun games, and lots of Fauna streams and create a Sapling Paradise!

Submission for HoloJam #5.

Instructions

Scroll wheel - Zoom In/Out
Right Mouse Button - Pan camera

Saplings are spawned by Trees, and will provide regular income. Happier Saplings produce more income. There is a chance that a corrupted Sapling will arrive in your forest, and they will need to be rehabilitated by satisfying their needs. Saplings can be clicked on to learn more about their current level of happiness. Make sure to build the right types of buildings to satisfy your Saplings desires!

This is such a cozy game, I love it!

The art and the saplings all having names are cute, and I like that you've got this stat system implemented to make things more complicated and give more to manage.

Some things I would like to suggest:
I haven't messed around with camera constraints in Godot just yet, but it would be a nice quality of life fix to lock the camera to the size of the background, since you can just pan the camera forever
Also, being able to cancel building something after you've hit the button for it would be nice, I accidentally built a couple things that I didn't mean too cause I missed clicking the scroll bar and hit the button instead.

I think that's about it from me, but this was a lot of fun to play, thanks for sharing, and great work!
